Shankhpushpi, which goes by the botanical name Convolvulus pluricaulis is a perennial plant native to India.
Directions to use: Cook half tsp brahmi, 1 tsp shankhpushpi in 1.5 glass water covered. Cook on low flame until reduces to 1 glass. Let it remain covered for 30 minutes after switching off. Then seive and drink. Best taken 30 minutes before bed time.
